DCI declares plans to expand and acquire US / Europe-based Mobile applications development companies in 2010. This move is expected to increase DCI’s market penetration, customer base, and its industry channels.
Dot Com Infoway (DCI) announced today that part of its continued growth strategy in 2010 is through the strategic acquisitions of other reputed US/Europe based Mobile development start-ups. Company’s top officials stated that company’s growth this year is expected to come from four main roots: Introduction of new channels to market Mobile applications, sales from existing software product lines, existing Internet marketing services, and through the acquisition of complementary Mobile application development companies.
DCI Mobile Studios (The Mobile development division of Dot Com Infoway) outperformed the overall Mobile development industry in 2009 and is already showing greater than 35% of sales growth in Mobile applications within the first three months of 2010. DCI’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. C R Venkatesh stated “Our DCI’s success to the Mobile & Software development services, not commonly found with other Software development companies. In 2010, Dot Com Infoway will implement an acquisition strategy that targets US / Europe-based Mobile development companies with synergetic technology that will enhance DCI’s Mobile application product offering, worldwide customer base, its marketing channels and the industry penetration, in order to increase the company’s revenue and assets. DCI is currently taking a due diligence on several acquisition candidates from Oceania but expects to acquire US or Europe –based Mobile development companies in 2010.
